This Shipping Policy outlines how Colt Smith handles the shipment of orders for Incense Making Machine Parts & Raw Materials placed through our website coltsmith.in.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or for large/bulk orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
  • Business days are defined as Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Gujarat, India.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We currently ship orders within India only.
  • We partner with reliable courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and trusted local couriers, depending on the delivery location, package size, and weight.
  • The choice of courier is at our discretion to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as order weight, destination, and selected delivery method.
  • The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹2000.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch) within India are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to the courier’s tracking page to monitor your package in real time

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We may not be able to deliver to certain remote regions, military zones, or P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to your address, our team will contact you to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
  • For lost shipments (i.e., tracking information is stagnant or missing beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • Colt Smith is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to address issues, re-shipping charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
