1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 3 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Raw materials that have been opened, are unsealed, or have been partially used.
  • Custom-made or special-ordered parts.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

3. How to Initiate a Return

In your communication, please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization Our team will review your request. If it is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions, including the correct return shipping address. Please do not send items back to us without receiving prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exception for Company Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. This must be confirmed with our customer support team during the authorization process.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria defined in Section 1. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange.
  • Refunds: If you request a refund, the purchase price (minus original shipping costs) will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange for a replacement product, we will dispatch the new item within 3 business days following the approval of your return.
